These wines are harvested, flash pasturized and rushed to our store for production from the highest quality pure juice. And in October we offer this product not pasturized but shipped frozen from the vineyards of Europe and California some of them still on the skins. Absolutely no water is added to this product. After ten weeks of processing and four months of aging in the bottle ie: six months later you are ready to enjoy the finest quality wine to be found.
